Apartment Rates 2025

Deposit:

350 Euro (will be refunded upon departure)

Payment:

30% of total price due at booking, 70% of total price due 4 weeks before rental periods starts.

Payment can be made cash, via PayPal or bank transfer. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards.

 

Cancellation Policy:       
Cancellation 50 days before start of rental period 10% of rental price
Cancellation 35 days before start of rental period 30% of rental price
Cancellation 20 days before start of rental period 60% of rental price
Cancellation 14 days before start of rental period 90% of rental price
Cancellation less than 14 days before start of rental period 100% of rental price

 

Dogs:

For a dog we will charge an extra fee of 10 Euro per night

The final cleaning of the apartment is included
Tourist tax is included
