Keys will be handed over personally by Sandro & Ina upon arrival between 2 PM and 6 PM. For late-night check-ins, we will provide you with a code for the key box.

We do not offer breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the apartment. However, there are plenty of dining options nearby for you to explore! Let us know if you need recommendations.

There is no restaurant in Gedici, but in the surrounding areas Tar, Nova Vas, and of course in Porec, you can indulge your culinary delights.

We are happy to accommodate your dog during your stay—let the dog be part of your holiday experience. Please note, additional costs may apply.

The swimming pool is generally open from May to October, depending on the weather conditions.

Don't worry. You can use the air conditioning free of charge, and the costs are included in the price. However, we kindly ask you to use the air conditioning responsibly, meaning please turn it off when you are not at home.

Payment can be made cash, via PayPal or bank transfer. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards. 30% of total price due at booking, 70% of total price due 4 weeks before rental periods starts.

Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited!
If we detect a smell of smoke in the apartment, we will charge you for the cleaning costs, which may include a deep cleaning and, if necessary, an ozone treatment.

No unfortunately not, but you can enjoy the beautiful roof terrace with a stunning sea view.
